Fortress Floors KC is an independently owned and operated flooring company run by the McLiney family and serving the Kansas City metro.

Kevin McLiney Sr. started Fortress Floors KC and spent several years building the company through referrals and repeat business.

Kevin Jr. joined him in 2026 to take on operations, marketing, and the customer experience. Soon after, he convinced his younger brother Daniel to leave his job in finance and join them.

Today, the three work together to manage estimates, communication, scheduling, and project coordination. Our experienced crews perform the installation work.

It’s still a small, family-run company. When you call, text, or request an estimate, you’re talking directly with one of us.
